As an authorized affiliate ("Affiliate") of Bfunded, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement ("Agreement"). Please carefully review the entire Agreement prior to registering and promoting Bfunded as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is exclusively to lawfully advertise our website (www.Bfunded.com) and earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Bfunded via your website or personal referrals.

By enrolling in the Bfunded Affiliate Program ("Program"), you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of Application

We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application. You shall have no legal recourse against us in the event your application is rejected.

Commissions

Commissions are paid based on the structure described on the Affiliate page. To qualify for a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 14 days.

• Self-referrals are prohibited, and no commissions will be granted for transactions involving your own accounts.
• Payments will be issued only for successfully completed transactions. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for commission payouts.

Termination

Your application and participation in the Program may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inappropriate advertisements (e.g., false claims or misleading hyperlinks).
• Spamming activities (e.g., mass emails or bulk newsgroup postings).
• Advertising on platforms that promote or engage in illegal activities.
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship in promotional materials where required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or applicable state laws.
• Violation of intellectual property rights. Affiliates using Bfunded trademarks without authorization may be required to obtain a license agreement.
• Offering rebates, coupons, or similar kick-backs as incentives from your affiliate commissions. However, bundling other products with Bfunded is permitted.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or non-compliance with this Agreement.

Bfunded reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphical and text links provided by Bfunded or create your own, provided they comply with the conditions outlined in this Agreement. These links may be used on your website, email campaigns, classified ads, and in print publications.

Coupon and Deal Sites

Bfunded may provide select coupons to specific affiliates or newsletter subscribers. Affiliates not pre-approved for such promotions are prohibited from using or advertising these coupons.

Terms for coupon promotion include:

• Misleading affiliate links, buttons, or text implying unauthorized deals are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not bid on keywords or phrases implying coupon availability without authorization.
• Actions such as pop-ups, pop-unders, and frames setting affiliate cookies without explicit user consent are not permitted.
• Affiliate sites must not display "Click for Deal/Coupon" messages if no valid offers are available. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the Program.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is not permitted without prior written consent from Bfunded.

Liability

Bfunded is not liable for indirect or accidental damages, including loss of revenue or commissions, arising from tracking failures, database issues, or other disruptions related to the Program.

We provide no explicit or implied warranties regarding the operation of the Program or the quality of memberships or products sold. Bfunded is not liable for any interruptions or errors in the Program’s operation.

Term of Agreement

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until your Affiliate account is terminated.

Bfunded reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. If you find any changes unacceptable, your sole remedy is to terminate your participation in the Program. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bfunded, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and authorized agents from any liabilities, damages, claims, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program. This includes legal fees and costs resulting from negligence, misrepresentation, or intentional misconduct on your part.

Electronic Signatures

This Agreement is an electronic contract establishing the legally binding terms of your participation in the Bfunded Affiliate Program. By completing the application process, you create an electronic signature with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
