The Social Media & Content Specialist will help manage and execute on udubu social media strategy, editorial calendar, community management and bring our brand to life every day through our social media ecosystem (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,TikTok). The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding  social media landscape.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving engagement and growth through social media. This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement.

Your missioon: 

• Assist in executing the global social media strategy and editorial calendar for udubu corporate social media channels. This includes developing social media plans and recommendations for strategic initiatives in key markets.
• Generate innovative social media content and campaigns that align with brand creative, thought leadership, and business priorities. Ensure consistency with brand identity, tone of voice, and purpose.
• Manage project timelines, social media updates, and monthly/quarterly analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with agency to support influencer marketing campaigns by providing influencer recommendations and assessing risks/benefits.
• Apply a discerning eye to evaluate both visual and editorial creative content.

We are looking for: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, with expertise in digital marketing strategy in marketing, brand, corporate communications, or agency settings
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating content and managing channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
•  Competence in editorial writing, editing, and publishing, with the ability to suggest improvements in headlines, social copy, image or video assets, and other tests targeting specific personas to enhance engagement.
